Searching for that Vacation home?

I just read a report from (NAR) National Association of Realtors and Google called The Digital House Hunt-Consumer and Market Trends in Real Estate.  One of the trends I noted was the number of vacation shoppers that in fact do shop online for that second home.


South Carolina was listed as one of the Vacation Home category searches!!!

This is another reason to make sure you are out there marketing online!!!  
Are you using video?  According to the report - Finding an agent and agent related searches on YouTube grew 46% year-over-year.

Wow, today is such a hard day for me.. I had to put down, not 1 but 2 of my poodles.  Bradley was 17 and Elvis was 16.  They were 1/2 brothers and were together through everything.  Elvis wouldn't even pee anywhere else unless it was right by his brother. Bradley was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in May 2011.  He lived longer than the 6 months the vet gave him at that time.  Elvis has had seizures since he was a puppy and developed tumors growing on him over the past 2 years.  They both lost control of bladder and had to be let out almost every 15 minutes, thank goodness for my hubby that he was able to be here with them the last year when it got so bad. Murrells Inlet - "Seafood capital of South Carolina"

Murrells Inlet is located south of Surfside Beach and Garden City.   Murrells Inlet is split between two counties  Horry and Georgetown Counties. The town was once primarily a fishing village, but has grown substantially.  It is most known for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk —the 1/2 mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine saltmarsh—and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. One of my favorite attractions is the beautiful Brookgreen Gardens .
