Summer is gone, here comes fall!!

Wow, where did the summer go?


Are you like me and starting to think about the next 4 months and how your year will end?  There is still time to get into the game!!!  I have kicked my plan into high gear.

Do you have a plan for 2012?  Have you reviewed your plan since you first developed it?  The time is now to take it out, brush it off and revise it for your finish.

Some things I plan to do:

  •      Call and follow up with all my buyer leads - classify them A, B, C or D
  •      A- buying in the next 30 days
  •      B - buying in the next 90 days
  •      C-  buying in the next 6 months
  •      D - buying 12 months or longer
Set up my schedule for October, November and December now before the Holidays set in.....including developing my new 2013 Business Plan.  Now is the time to start that process, not in January!!!

I also plan to increase my listing inventory... I just haven't figured out what I plan to change in my current systems to generate more listing leads.  I do know that listings are the name of the game!!!

Pets tug at your heart.....

Wow, today is such a hard day for me.. I had to put down, not 1 but 2 of my poodles.  Bradley was 17 and Elvis was 16.  They were 1/2 brothers and were together through everything.  Elvis wouldn't even pee anywhere else unless it was right by his brother. Bradley was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in May 2011.  He lived longer than the 6 months the vet gave him at that time.  Elvis has had seizures since he was a puppy and developed tumors growing on him over the past 2 years.  They both lost control of bladder and had to be let out almost every 15 minutes, thank goodness for my hubby that he was able to be here with them the last year when it got so bad. Murrells Inlet - "Seafood capital of South Carolina"

Murrells Inlet is located south of Surfside Beach and Garden City.   Murrells Inlet is split between two counties  Horry and Georgetown Counties. The town was once primarily a fishing village, but has grown substantially.  It is most known for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk —the 1/2 mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine saltmarsh—and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
